Working with your EHR

Many physicians use Dok next to their EHR: they write in Dok and paste into the official system. This page shows how to make that workflow smooth instead of fighting copy and paste.

Dok generates a note section by section. A cursor copies each section and pastes it into the matching fields of a generic EHR until the form is complete.
  1. Generate the note in Dok as usual.
  2. Use the per-section copy control to move exact blocks to your EHR.
  3. Paste into the matching field. Repeat for each section.
  • Every EHR has its own form; per-section copy fits all of them.
  • You don’t rewrite what Dok already produced.
  • The focus stays on the patient, not on juggling two screens.
