Dok has two main lists: Notes and Patients. One shows your day’s work, the other shows the people behind that work.
A chronological list of every note you’ve created. It’s the feed of your clinical activity.
- By default you’ll see ambulatory visits: outpatient consults and triage 4/5.
- You can filter by note type, date, and other criteria.
- Each row opens that note in the editor.
Patients
Section titled “Patients”A list of patients you have at least one note about. It’s not a full registry: a patient shows up here once you’ve written something about them in Dok.
- Each patient groups all of their notes in one place.
- From here you open the patient screen to see history and summary.
When to use each
Section titled “When to use each”- Looking for a specific visit? Go to Notes and filter by date or type.
- Looking for someone’s history? Go to Patients and open their screen.
