Dok has two main lists: Notes and Patients. One shows your day’s work, the other shows the people behind that work.

Main Dok layout: chat panel on the left; on the right, the Notes view as a table with name, type, patient and date. The Patients view is available in the top switcher.

A chronological list of every note you’ve created. It’s the feed of your clinical activity.

  • By default you’ll see ambulatory visits: outpatient consults and triage 4/5.
  • You can filter by note type, date, and other criteria.
  • Each row opens that note in the editor.

A list of patients you have at least one note about. It’s not a full registry: a patient shows up here once you’ve written something about them in Dok.

  • Each patient groups all of their notes in one place.
  • From here you open the patient screen to see history and summary.
  • Looking for a specific visit? Go to Notes and filter by date or type.
  • Looking for someone’s history? Go to Patients and open their screen.
