ICD-10 suggestions

While Dok generates the note, it identifies the diagnoses mentioned and proposes ICD-10 codes in a sidebar inside the editor. You review them, accept the ones that apply, and discard the rest.

Note editor with a sidebar showing three ICD-10 code suggestions with their codes and descriptions, each with accept and dismiss actions.
  1. Open a note generated by Dok.
  2. The editor sidebar shows the suggested ICD-10 codes, each linked to the diagnosis that triggered it.
  3. Accept the codes that fit the case. Rejected codes disappear from the suggestion list.
  4. Accepted codes stay attached to the note and are ready to copy into your EHR.

Coding by hand takes time and invites errors and omissions. With the suggestion already prepared, the clinical decision is reduced to confirm or discard, without leaving the editor.
