Note grouping per patient
When you open a patient you see all of their visits in one place, sorted by date. It’s the full history you have with that person inside Dok.
How it works
Section titled “How it works”The patient view lists every note you’ve created for them, newest first. Each entry is navigable: open it and review the detail without losing the patient context.
Why it matters
Section titled “Why it matters”In a consultation you don’t have time to hunt note by note. Seeing the grouped history helps you recall the case in seconds: what happened last time, what you were following up, what’s still pending.
