Filters in the Notes list
The Notes list is filterable so you can narrow what you see. Useful when you’re hunting a specific visit or want to review a slice of your history.
How it works
Section titled “How it works”From the Notes tab you can narrow the list by criteria such as note type, patient, date or status. Filters combine: apply the ones you need and the list updates.
Clearing all filters returns you to the default view with the recent ambulatory visits.
Why it matters
Section titled “Why it matters”Without filters you’d scroll the whole list. With two clicks you reach the note you want, even weeks later.
