What you see by default in Notes
The Notes tab prioritizes everyday work: ambulatory visits like outpatient consultations and triage 4/5. It’s what most clinicians open first each shift.
How it works
Section titled “How it works”When you open Notes you see the recent ambulatory visits. Other note types still exist and stay accessible, but they sit outside the default view to keep things uncluttered.
If you need a different note type, adjust the filters or create the note from the corresponding action.
Why it matters
Section titled “Why it matters”Most of the time you work on outpatient consultations. The default view reflects that: open the app and what you need is already at the top, no scroll, no filters.
