Meet a patient
The patient screen pulls everything Dok knows about a person into one place: their notes grouped together, a summary for the next visit, and the controls to manage the case over time.
Grouped notes
Section titled “Grouped notes”Every note you’ve written about that patient lives in their screen, sorted by date. Open any of them with one click.
Summary for the next visit
Section titled “Summary for the next visit”Dok builds a summary from the patient’s notes. The goal is that you walk into the next visit knowing what matters without rereading the full history.
Keep open during follow-up
Section titled “Keep open during follow-up”While a patient is in active follow-up, you keep them open. This highlights the case and signals that it isn’t done.
Finalize
Section titled “Finalize”When follow-up ends, you finalize the patient. Finalizing does not delete anything: it archives the screen without losing notes or summary, and you can reopen it whenever you need to.
