Free-form editing

The note Dok generates is a starting point, not a closed text. Every section, paragraph and word is editable by hand, whenever you want.

A cursor enters the editor, selects a phrase in the plan and replaces it by typing. The note auto-saves.

How to use it

  1. Click anywhere in the note text.
  2. Type, delete or rewrite as in any editor.
  3. Changes save automatically.

You don’t need to switch to an edit mode or unlock anything. The editor is always open.

Why it matters

Section titled “Why it matters”

Your clinical judgment leads. Dok writes the first draft so you don’t start from scratch, but the final text is yours. If a sentence doesn’t sound right, you change it.
