Keep the patient open during follow-up
When you see the same patient across several sessions in one day, keep them open. The notes you generate while they’re active are automatically tied to their history.
How it works
Section titled “How it works”Opening a patient puts you inside their context. While they’re open, new notes you create are linked to them. If you close the patient, later notes are unassigned unless you reopen them or attach them by hand.
Why it matters
Section titled “Why it matters”It avoids orphan notes. In long follow-ups —check-ins, evolutions, procedures— a single decision at the start of the session keeps the day’s work neatly under the right patient.
